Booger

Booger
By Mary Warner

Stick a finger up your nose
Until you hear it crack

Wiggle it around a bit
Like reaching in a sack

Pull it out, take a peek
It’s so gross – Ack!

A sticky, icky booger
It makes you want to yack

Booger yellow
Booger green
Booger red
Booger black

Booger crusty
Booger slimy
There’s a booger on your slack

Wipe it on, wipe it off
But don’t eat it for a snack

If you flick a booger in the wind
It might come sailing back.
