So, by now, unless you’re living under a rock in the deepest depths of the ocean, you’ve got to have heard about California’s passing of Proposition 8 (Prop 8), which bans gay marriage at the level of the state’s constitution.  For shame, I say!  How can any state legalize discrimination through its constitution?
